Our Phased Approach
Phase 1: Data Collection & Analysis
We perform a detailed evaluation and strategy of your property appraisal and record with recommend plan of action and options as appropriate.
Phase 2: Strategy Consultation Planning
Our services include data collection for your property tax records and from the appraisal district to develop a market basis and assessment review for each property
Phase 3: Property Valuation Representation
We will review every year for potential property tax savings and our analysis is thoroughly documents from our online resources. We also prepare and file property tax exemption forms, file for clerical errors and refunds on prior-year assessments whenever there is opportunity.
Phase 4: Appeal Management
Carlson Property Tax takes control of the appeal process with case documentation, filing all necessary property tax forms, and representing our clients in all negotiations before the appraisal review board. The entire protest process is done by us to free up your time.
